FBCO Kids Nursery & Toddlers
At First Baptist Church Oakville, we treasure our littlest members! Our Nursery and Toddler Ministry (birth through Pre-K) is always ready to lovingly care for your children each Sunday morning during the worship service.
Our dedicated team of volunteers counts it a privilege to serve your family by providing a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment for your little ones. From infants through age 4, you can bring your child to the Nursery and Toddler area with the peace of mind that they will be well cared for while you worship.
For security, once check-in is complete each Sunday morning, the Nursery and Toddler doors will be closed and locked. We value your child’s safety as much as their spiritual growth.
FBCO Kids Nursery and Toddlers Check-In & Pick-Up Procedures
-
All children attending Nursery Kids Church must be registered and signed in at one of our check-in stations. Check-in stations are conveniently located in the main entrance and welcome center areas.
-
At check-in, each child will receive a name tag with a unique security ID number, while parents will receive a matching security ticket.
-
When it’s time for pick-up, parents or guardians must present their security ticket to the volunteers and then sign their child out. This process ensures that every child is released safely and securely.
We are excited to partner with you in caring for and teaching your children about God’s love, even in their earliest years!

Our FBCO Kids area is securely monitored throughout Sunday School and Worship Service. For the protection of our children, only authorized volunteers and staff are permitted inside these areas during ministry times. D6 at FBCO Kids
At First Baptist Church Oakville, we want to help kids build a strong foundation in God’s Word—and to equip parents to keep that learning going at home. That’s why we use the D6 Curriculum in FBCO Kids.
Why D6?
D6 comes from Deuteronomy 6:5–7, where God calls parents to teach their children to love Him in everyday life. It’s designed to connect what happens at church with what happens at home, so discipleship isn’t just a Sunday morning thing.
How it helps families:
Field Notes Pages – Each week, kids bring home a simple page that reviews what they learned so you can keep the conversation going.
D6 Family App – A free resource with parent pages, questions, and activities that go right along with what your kids are learning each week.
Easy Connection – You don’t have to create anything new; the tools are built to make discipleship simple and natural in your family’s routine.
At FBCO, we believe parents are the primary disciplers of their children. Our role is to come alongside you with resources like D6 that make it easier to talk about faith at home and help your kids grow in their relationship with Jesus.
